Black Hawthorn - Bundle of 5 Bare Root Plants

(Crataegus douglasii)

Black Hawthorn (Crataegus douglasii), also known as Douglas Hawthorn, has fragrant flowers that attract pollinators such as bees and hummingbirds. The dark purple to black colored fruit is edible and is enjoyed by some birds. This plant does well in open spaces, on forest edges, and along streams. Due to the spread of their roots, Black Hawthorns can help prevent erosion and can stabilize soil.
