Riverbank Lupine (Lupinus rivularis), also known as Streambank Lupine or Riverside Lupine, is a beautiful native understory plant that can help out-compete some of the other weeds on wet areas of a property. This plant is fast growing with both beautiful leaves and pleasantly scented purple flowers that bloom in spring/early summer. Growing very fast and fixing nitrogen, this plant is great for streamside areas where erosion may be a concern.
