Rose checkermallows are a native wildflower of the Pacific Northwest and ae found in meadows, open fields, and along streams. This fast growing and long lived plant is mostly successful in moist riparian areas and make a great addition to a rain garden. The pink flowers attract pollinators and a favorite of butterflies.
